from the English King 
for the colony of South Carolina, on the anniversary of it’s first public address in 1776, five weeks before Thomas Jefferson’s Declaration was voted on and announced.

Hear the backstory of why Felder wrote the declaration and the cost suffered by him and his family as a result.
